Since my childhood, I have been linked to the world of Arts. Creativity has always been associated with my ability to imagine new worlds. In this article, I would like to share with you how the sphere of Arts does not end, even when we talk about Contact Centers.
What if I told you that here at Ventask, the activities are equally creative and promote performance art?
The Arts area allowed me not only to create artistic products, but also to know how to appreciate, examine, evaluate and interpret. It offered me new readings that I apply daily in my day-to-day professional life.
Every day, without exception, I develop artistic thoughts and define new steps and, consequently, new goals. I set out to idealize new worlds.
I must confess that, from my first day of work, I identified with the method and the environment that lives here. It is a family environment, an active and very creative community.
Like everyone who arrives here, I started my role as a Contact Center operator. With recognition from Ventask, today I am a supervisor. I really enjoy what I do and I am passionate about seeking personal enrichment.
In general, I learned that with teamwork, we win championships! Sharing offers us a broad view of what surrounds us! I live with the feeling that I am an artist and, at the same time, a consumer of Art in real time. After all, there is no consensus in the world of Arts and today everything is subject to interpretation. Just like our daily lives, don’t you agree?
All the complexity of a sales process or managing teams with different views, thoughts, interpretations and even cultures stimulates my mind.
With all this, my journey at Ventask proved to be a journey of great personal development and great creative stimulation! And yes, it is possible to develop creativity in a sales or customer support process. It is an area in which we can add value and proactively contribute to success. I believe that everything is possible and depends solely on us. Interpret and stimulate are the key words!
Today I do art in my campaign and I am sure that I will continue to develop my artistic skills on a personal and professional level. I have a spirit of mutual help around me, stimulating, flexible and trustworthy! Thank you to everyone who contributes to my happiness and creativity at work.
